The Correct Way To Treat And Monitor Asthma?

As the aim of asthma therapy is to achieve control, patients should periodically monitor that control has been achieved and maintained. This is done thru various tools such as the Asthma Control Test (ACT) – a symptom assessment exam. Monitoring of control maybe also be done by testing lung function with spirometry and lead expiratory flow rates. When there's no remedy for asthma, it’s a very treatable sickness in which good control can generally be attained. Hence take control of your asthma, and don’t let it control you.
